Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Director of the Finance Transformation Office to design, execute, and govern enterprise-wide finance and technology-led transformation initiatives in Wilmington, DE. You will lead multi-year programs, build governance, and drive value realization across Finance Ops, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Reporting.

The role requires 15+ years in finance with 7+ years managing transformations, deep ERP/EPM experience, and strong executive presence to influence CFO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance, finance systems, or finance consulting with 7+ years leading transformation.
• Track record delivering end-to-end large-scale finance transformation in global orgs.
• Deep knowledge of record-to-report, planning, forecasting, consolidation, controls.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year finance transformation strategy aligned to growth and scalability goals.
• Drive alignment between finance and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Lead ERP and EPM implementations and operating model changes.
• Establish finance governance and KPI-based value realization tracking.
• Oversee change management and adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Build and lead finance transformation teams across locations and functions.
