Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in finance transformation, strong consulting or industry background, and a track record of successful mergers, integrations, and shared services design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• MBA or advanced professional qualification strongly desired.
• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A, and organizational change.
• Deep expertise in O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
• Background in shared services design, outsourcing, and vendor selection.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage teams.
