Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Director, Business Transformation – Finance Transformation to lead high-impact CFO advisory and finance transformation engagements. You will guide large-scale programs, design finance operating models, and drive performance improvements across client organizations.

You will partner with C-Suite executives, manage multi-year programs, and mentor teams while pursuing new business opportunities in a hybrid client-delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of applicable consulting, CFO advisory, finance transformation experience.
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs and CFO-office advisory.
• ERP/EPM system selection, design, and implementation experience.
• Proven leadership in professional services with client engagements.
• Strong change management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, multi-year Finance Transformation programs with senior project leadership.
• Manage projects across lifecycle including current state, gap analysis, future state design, and implementation.
• Maintain client accounts, staffing, deadlines and budgets across engagements.
• Provide thought leadership and coaching within the team.
• Support business development to grow client relationships and service scope.
