Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Commercialization, PMO, and Operations to drive transformation and operational efficiency at scale across global Finance teams. You will partner with Controllership and cross-functional teams, own planning, and lead programs to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making.

You will coordinate with IT, Eng, Go-to-Market, FP&A, and other Finance functions, delivering executive reporting and robust metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting groups.
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in program management, executive communications, reporting, and metrics.
• Experience with planning, OKRs, and QBRs.
• SOX controls experience on business and IT sides.
• Proficiency with JIRA and reporting systems.
• Experience with SaaS industry and CPA is a plus.
• SQL or Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs across Controllership, IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Own planning processes, project intake and prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
• Drive organization-wide standards, communications, reporting, and metrics to enable transparency.
• Run QBRs with leadership to align OKRs and timelines.
• Improve Accounting processes and close procedures, automate where possible.
