Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join the Accounting Transformation Group in the Accounting Automation Services team. You will drive automation initiatives across the Worldwide Accounting organization, owning end-to-end project lifecycles, defining requirements, and collaborating with finance, tax, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
MBA and/or CPA preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage lifecycle activities from planning through stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
Define requirements, prioritize and design, implement and launch scalable accounting solutions.
Design processes that scale with growth, volume, complexity, and global dispersion.
Communicate new/updated programs and processes to leaders and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with system and business owners globally to ensure controllership and process excellence.
Negotiate efficient processes and policies across partner teams to reduce dependencies and defects.
