Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or quantitative field.
• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships with GTM teams.
• Advanced financial modeling and complex spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred).
• Data-driven analysis with excellent communication of insights.
• Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analytically solve problems with data to drive executive decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Commercialization, Data Science, Accounting, IT, Business Operations, and their teams.
• Develop narratives and presentations to communicate insights.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models for real-time forecasts.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve key metrics with GTM.
• Guide process improvements and reporting controls.
