Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation Delivery to lead a multi-year accounting technology transformation. You will drive integrated program management across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and partners to deliver design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

The role requires deep finance tech expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to navigate senior stakeholders and complex dependencies.

Qualifications

12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Python, SQB, Quicksight, Cognos or similar).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery and integrated program management for complex accounting technology initiatives.
Lead Data Migration and Release strategy, including migration planning and cutover coordination.
Lead Change and Training, stakeholder engagement and training strategy.
Lead Business Readiness to prepare processes, controls, teams, and operating mechanisms for deployment.
Lead Testing and Quality, establish integrated testing strategy and acceptance processes.
Establish the integrated program plan, governance, cadence, and progress measurement.
Coordinate data migration, testing, change, training, and release with design and engineering milestones.
