EY is seeking a Senior, Finance Transformation to lead and co-create visionary strategies for CFOs in the Power & Utilities sector. You will design future-proof operating models, drive sustainable value, and oversee complex finance transformations leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

You will work with senior leadership, develop compelling cases for change, and ensure alignment with rigorous reporting, regulatory, and control standards across diverse client engagements in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• 2–4 years relevant consulting experience in P&U.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications (SAP, Oracle, Power Plan).
• Business case development.
• Digital strategy knowledge.
• Finance compliance awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency & risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmaps.
• Finance sustainability focus.
