Job summary

EY is recruiting for a Senior, Finance Transformation to help Power & Utilities clients transform finance functions and operating models. You will shape future-proof operating models, drive sustainable value, and lead comprehensive transformation programs with CFOs and senior leaders.

You will design and embed new finance operating models, optimize FP&A, consolidate reporting, and guide change across global services while leveraging digital tools and automation. Travel is substantial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year scope) required.
• 2–4 years in consulting, with Power & Utilities industry experience.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
• Business case development and digital strategy experience.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency and operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Finance sustainability.
