Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. You will lead and deliver innovative finance transformation programs, co-create future‑proof operating models, and drive sustainable value for CFOs and senior leaders.

You will design finance processes and implement PowerPlan integrations with ERP/EAM, while guiding teams through complex transformations and client engagements across the P&U landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
Typically 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in power & utilities.
Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
Strong skills in business case development and digital strategy.
Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver innovative finance transformation programs.
Design and implement finance operating models and processes.
Oversee FP&A, close, consolidation, and reporting improvements.
Drive shared services design and implementation.
Advise on outsourcing and cost management strategies.
Coordinate with clients on project timelines and milestones.
Engage with CFOs and leadership to deliver value.
Travel 60–80% as needed to meet client needs.
