Amentum is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead a technology-driven, enterprise-wide finance transformation. The role centers on unifying our finance landscape and designing a scalable future-state operating model to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Typically 12–15+ years in Finance or Financial Operations with 5+ years leading enterprise finance transformations.
US Citizenship is required to apply.
Experience with post-M&A financial integration and data harmonization in Govcon environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive a multi-year finance transformation roadmap leveraging technology.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants and vendors.
Set KPIs and monitor program updates, risks, and mitigation plans.
Oversee H2R, P2P, O2C, and R2R processes and achieve standardized, automated workflows.
Collaborate with CFO leadership and stakeholders to ensure value creation and governance.
