Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a senior leader to drive finance transformation programs across the organization, partnering with CFOs and executives to redesign operating models and ERP-enabled processes. You will guide strategy, roadmaps, and business cases that realize measurable value while building high-performing teams.

Role requires deep finance expertise, ERP program leadership, and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and governance offices.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years leading finance and transformation programs in consulting or industry.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C, and finance operating models.
• Proven ability to develop strategies, business cases, and value realization plans.
• Experience ERP-enabled finance modernization (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong client leadership, stakeholder management, and PMO setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation programs across multiple functions.
• Shape transformation visions, roadmaps, and business cases with governance.
• Partner with technology, data, and business to deliver integrated solutions.
