Job summary

Cherry Bekaert seeks an experienced Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory Manager to lead engagements that improve finance operations, processes, controls, and organizational design.

You will work directly with client stakeholders and engagement teams to assess current-state processes, develop practical solutions, and drive implementation across Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, finance transformation, accounting advisory, or related fields.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing project teams within finance transformation or accounting advisory.
• Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A processes.
• Experience with ERP and data analytics is desirable.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements.
• Manage project workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Conduct assessments of finance operations, processes, controls, and org structures.
• Analyze current-state finance processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
• Facilitate client workshops, process-mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
• Collaborate with tech, risk, tax, audit and other advisory teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
