Job summary
Leadenhall Search and Selection partners with a leading international advisory firm to expand their finance transformation practice in the United States. We seek an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead projects from assessment through to implementation, working at the intersection of finance, technology and business change.
You will own workstreams, design future-state processes and roadmaps, and collaborate with senior finance leaders to deliver ERP/EPM, automation and analytics
Qualifications
- 5-9 years in finance transformation, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience delivering finance transformation or operational improvements.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior finance leaders and running workshops.
- Exposure to finance technology such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and EPM.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation projects and own key workstreams.
- Analyze how clients’ finance functions operate and identify improvements.
- Design practical future-state solutions and roadmaps.
- Support technology-enabled change including ERP, EPM, automation and analytics.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage priorities and timelines.
- Develop client deliverables such as business cases and recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Participate in proposals, workshops and business development activities.
