Elliott Davis is seeking a Director to lead the Data & Analytics team within Strategy & Operations. The role combines client delivery, practice development, and team leadership to define data strategies, automate processes, and deliver insights that drive business performance.

The role requires bridging finance, accounting, technology, and ops, with responsibilities spanning client engagements, scoping, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative fields; Accounting/Finance/IS/CS preferred.
• Experience in analytics, consulting, audit, technology implementation or related client-service environments.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements.
• Experience deploying and scaling analytics, automation, or data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Design, oversee, and execute analytics initiatives using structured and unstructured data.
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Lead or support deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions in enterprise environments.
• Partner with finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, and technology to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Advise on data governance, quality, security, and sustainable operating models.
