Elliott Davis is seeking a Consulting Technology Business Manager to bridge strategy and technology across the Consulting practice. You will lead technology initiatives, drive process improvements, and support adoption across teams in a dynamic professional services environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in public accounting, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, information systems, technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a public accounting environment, at least one year at Elliott Davis.
• Strong understanding of practice line and foundational technology knowledge.
• Experience with project management methodologies and change management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Consulting technology initiatives and maintain the technology roadmap.
• Support intake and portfolio processes to identify technology investments aligned to objectives.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives via business cases.
• Drive standard operating procedures and process documentation, including workflows.
• Lead change management efforts and develop training materials for adoption.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption.
