Job summary

ŌURA is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to turn fragmented system requests into a prioritized roadmap. You’ll align Accounting, IT, and external partners, building governance and reporting cadence for close, controls, and transformation efforts.

This is a remote role based in the US. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, drive remediation for SOX readiness, and establish metrics to measure transformation impact across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in finance transformation, accounting operations, or related areas.
• Strong project/program management, with executive reporting capability.
• Solid accounting fluency including close, reconciliations and controls.
• Experience with SOX, internal controls, or financial reporting remediation.
• Experience partnering with IT/Business Systems on intake, triage and releases.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner across Accounting, IT, FP&A and external advisors.
• Own project-management discipline for the Finance Transformation portfolio.
• Build dashboards and tracking tools for leadership visibility.
• Convert control gaps and audit observations into remediation plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve close cadence and risk visibility.
