Job summary

Oura is seeking a senior Finance Transformation leader to own the prioritization and governance of the Finance Transformation portfolio, bridging Accounting, IT, and external partners.

You will build dashboards, track plans, and drive remediation for SOX readiness, while facilitating cross-functional alignment and escalating decisions to executive leadership to keep the program on path and ensure audit preparedness.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in finance transformation, accounting operations, or process improvement.
• Strong project management, NetSuite, and SOX expertise.
