Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI CFO Services seeks a Director, Digital Finance to drive digital finance transformation for private equity‑held portfolio companies. You will implement finance analytics, RPA, NLG, and predictive forecasting to improve efficiency and transparency, enabling EBITDA and cash improvements.

The role requires 12+ years in accounting/finance, and professional credentials such as CPA/CFA/MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing digital finance technologies (RPA, analytics, NLG).
• 12+ years in accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong ability to model financial statements and analytics for decision support.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses and scope with clients; guide data gathering and interviews.
• Lead analyses to prove or disprove assumptions with complete, timely execution.
• Build actionable conclusions and present results to senior management/boards.
• Manage projects across multiple service lines and lead teams.
• Drive cash generation initiatives, EBITDA improvements, and optimal org design.
