Job summary

Alpha Group is a leading global consultancy for the financial services industry, with a focus on asset and wealth management. We seek a Consultant to drive project plans, lead workstreams, and deliver end-to-end client engagements across front-, middle-, and back-office domains.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with stakeholders, delivering structured solutions, and supporting business and technology transformations for major clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience at a recognized firm or in-house consulting at a financial institution.
• Experience with investment management platforms (SimCorp One/Dimension preferred).
• Exposure to front/middle/back-office workflows within asset/wealth management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and vendors.
• Ability to translate investment and business needs into operating/tech design requirements.
• Experience with project governance, status reporting, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support execution against project plans with stakeholders.
• Lead a workstream or project component and create client deliverables from interviews/workshops.
• Support end-to-end front-/middle-/back-office implementation engagements.
• Support governance, budgeting, and handover to client teams upon completion.
• Develop strong client/vendor relationships with credibility across teams.
• Co-author whitepapers and perform market research to identify opportunities.
