Role Overview

As Manager - Asset & Wealth Management Consulting, you will lead engagements that identify and implement solutions for asset and wealth managers. You will manage project execution, mentor team members, drive business development, and maintain industry expertise.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage project execution and a team of consultants, ensuring successful delivery and quality standards.
• Create a culture of continuous learning and actively mentor team members.
• Drive Alpha FMC’s business development by creating client proposals, authoring thought leadership, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Contribute to the wider Alpha community with innovative practice area contributions.
• Maintain a broad understanding of industry challenges and demonstrate subject matter expertise.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or project management experience within or adjacent to financial services, preferably in Asset & Wealth Management.
• Solid problem‑solving skills with familiarity in consulting frameworks and quantitative analysis.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to communicate complex problems simply.
• Experience building and sustaining lasting client relationships.
• Exposure to operating model design and implementation in business processes or IT solutions.
• Leadership ability to mentor teams with empathy and collaboration.
