Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, cost‑control, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory controls.
• Experience with month‑end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong SAP/ERP experience with manufacturing/controlling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities.
• Partner with Plant Manager to translate operations into financial insights and recommended actions.
• Own the plant month‑end close process including accruals, reconciliations, inventory and cost‑center analysis.
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting activities including standard/product costing and variances.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support capital expenditure governance.
