Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Training Support Specialist to uphold its training strategies and support the Training department functions. The role reviews implementations and assesses outcomes to ensure programs prepare employees to meet company goals.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, coordinating schedules, maintaining logs, onboarding new hires, and delivering content for orientation and refresher sessions under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or related training or experience is required.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, employees and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant design/development software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions for Training department, including materials, room setup and meeting notes.
• Create and manage scheduling for Training Specialists and the department.
• Maintain department logs and tracking systems for reporting and compliance.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met for initiatives.
• Proctor exams and evaluate assessments to support training integrity.
• Onboard new employees and deliver orientation and refresher training content.
