Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Technology Director for ERP Supply Chain, Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M), to own global SAP S/4HANA template design and implementation. You will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant ERP capabilities and data-driven solutions for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified; MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years in SAP S/4 planning/manufacturing solutions.
• Experience with global template adoption and site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of global ERP applications for Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M).
• Serve as the global technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA template in P2M.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Technology leaders.
• Drive end-to-end process integration across planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, warehousing, and finance.
• Guide internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality ERP outcomes.
• Ensure reliable production scheduling, materials availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making and resolve design gaps and conflicts.
• Promote standardization, automation, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled improvements.
