DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Manager, Finance Technology (O2C & Finance Integration) to lead SAP SD/O2C initiatives and integrate Finance with ERP across the business. You will own key data, processes, and interfaces between Order to Cash and Account to Report, including revenue recognition and reporting.

The role drives the technology roadmap for ERP transformation, manages strategic partners and vendors, and partners with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• Required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP with O2C focus.
• Experience leading SAP SD / O2C integrations with Finance and Supply Chain.
• CPA/CMA or ERP certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own technology capabilities for customer master data, sales orders, pricing, billing, and cash applications.
• Lead SAP SD / O2C with integration to Finance and Logistics.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for ERP transformation.
• Manage technology partners and third‑party vendors.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Order Operations, and Supply Chain.
