Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Manager, Finance Technology (O2C & Finance Integration) to own and optimize order‑to‑cash capabilities and ERP integrations. The role requires leading SAP SD and coordinating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.

You will partner with Commercial Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to drive process improvements and maintain the technology roadmap supporting ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems focusing on O2C.
• Experience leading SAP SD / Order to Cash and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own technology capabilities supporting customer master data, orders, pricing, credit, delivery, billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Lead SAP SD / Order to Cash capabilities and integration with Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with ERP transformation.
• Manage technology partners and vendors and provide SME in O2C processes.
