Job summary

Merz North America, Inc is seeking a Talent Development Manager for Finance to lead talent development, learning programs, and digital solutions at the Wisconsin site. You will partner with leaders, HR, and global stakeholders to drive leadership capability and future-ready skills within established frameworks.

Responsibilities include managing talent processes, IDPs, and learning platforms while coordinating with global teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, organizational psychology, education, business or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in learning & development, talent management, or related fields.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Pharma/medical device manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own talent management processes, internal mobility, promotions, and career development.
• Lead site learning plans, IDPs, and manage learning platforms and resources.
• Support leadership development, onboarding, and talent development programs.
• Collaborate with global teams to deploy programs like MyMentor and Lumina.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and ROI for learning initiatives.
• Provide consultation to leaders on development and talent planning.
