Job summary

Merz Aesthetics is seeking a Talent Development Manager for the Wisconsin site. You will lead talent development, learning programs, and digital learning solutions, partnering with HR and leaders to foster continuous learning and leadership capability.

The role spans global collaboration, program management, and budget oversight, with a strong emphasis on workforce readiness and future capability-building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational development, organizational psychology, education, business administration, or equivalent relevant higher education.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in learning & development, talent management, adult education, instructional design, or similar field.
• Experience in training program design and/or delivery.
• Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent Development: implement and manage assigned talent management processes and employee growth initiatives.
• Learning & Development: translate strategies into site-level learning plans and oversee IDPs.
• Global Collaboration: represent the WI site on global talent development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Compliance & Budgeting: manage external learning vendors, contracts, budgets, and forecasting.
• Employee Experience: partner with Talent Acquisition and leadership to identify development opportunities and retention strategies.
