Haworth, Inc. in Holland, MI seeks a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to lead finance process improvements and system enhancements.

You will partner with global Finance leaders, business teams, and GIS to modernize finance processes, support major initiatives, improve data quality and analytics, and drive transformation. The role combines finance, technology, and data analytics, with mentorship of junior staff and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• Education Equivalency: Associate’s degree + 2 yrs exp; 4 yrs exp with quali.
• Military Equivalency available via mynexmove.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex process and/or system improvement projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and implement process and/or system improvement strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior professionals in the team.
• Serve as subject matter expert on improvement methodologies and tools.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
