Haworth, Inc in Holland, MI seeks a Lead SAP Full Stack Developer to drive design, development, and delivery of SAP-based solutions in a modern S/4HANA environment. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure scalable software across global teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, hands-on development passion, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field
• 7+ years design, development, and support in SAP stack with degree or 5+ years with Master
• Experience with SAP Fiori and RAP
• Expertise in Key User and Pro Developer Extensibility
• 2 years technical leadership and mentorship experience
• Willingness to travel up to ~5% domestically and internationally
• Must work onsite in Holland, MI; no remote or hybrid option
• Unrestricted right to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze user requirements and design technical solutions
• Design and architect complex software solutions
• Oversee development, testing, and implementation of software solutions
• Promote technical excellence and best practices within the team
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance development
• Lead project planning with agile methodologies and provide technical input
