Job summary

The Joint Commission in the United States is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst to drive finance process improvement, systems enablement, and reporting enhancements across Finance operations. This role bridges Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to translate needs into scalable process, data, and technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, finance operations, finance systems, or related roles.
Experience leading cross-functional finance transformation initiatives and system improvements.
Strong business analysis skills and solution design capabilities.
Advanced Excel and experience with finance systems, reporting tools, and data validation.
Ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead finance process transformation across Accounts Payable, Procurement, AR, Payroll, Accounting, FP&A, and reporting.
Facilitate design sessions with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Ensure internal controls, data integrity, audit readiness, and appropriate duties segregation.
Partner with Finance leaders to identify control gaps and practical improvements.
Define metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reporting needs; validate data across systems.
