Wolters Kluwer's GBS Finance team seeks a Senior FP&A & Process Improvement Analyst to drive financial performance, process excellence, and transformation globally. You will partner with finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights, while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve core processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, finance operations, business analysis, or finance transformation.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and planning/reporting tools such as Tagetik/Power BI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and executive insights.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for simplification and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign finance and operational processes.
• Drive automation and reporting enhancements with modern tools.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Manage projects and influence stakeholders in a global environment.
