Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Tampa, FL is seeking a Financial Systems Business Senior Analyst to lead analyses of financial applications, drive process improvements, and support upgrades across the firm’s global operations center.

You will translate business needs into system requirements, work with developers and testers, and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects while coordinating with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years of experience in Accounting or a business-related role.
• Experience with legal finance is a plus (Aderant Enterprise would be advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyses to identify information, procedures and decision flows.
• Document and manage requirements for alternative processes.
• Evaluate procedures and workflows across systems and projects.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and document them clearly.
• Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and guide QA.
