Job summary

Alarm.com is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate key Finance Systems initiatives, including ERP, billing, and procurement platforms. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and external partners to drive program execution and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The role emphasizes independent work across workstreams, strong communication, and a readiness to adopt AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with finance systems initiatives (ERP, billing, procurement)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage priorities and drive follow-through
• Ability to drive programs independently without direct authority
• Familiarity with vendors or external implementation partners a plus
• Open to learning and applying AI tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Finance Systems initiatives across ERP, billing, procurement, and related platforms
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and communications across multiple initiatives
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to drive program execution
• Drive governance activities including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and issue tracking
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to plan, execute, and roll out finance system enhancements
• Track dependencies and mitigate delivery risks across workstreams
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and milestone tracking
• Coordinate with implementation partners to meet timelines and deliverables
• Maintain program documentation, reporting, and communications plans
• Drive continuous improvement for execution efficiency and cross-team coordination
• Support organizational readiness and change management for finance initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
