Alarm.com is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Close & Reporting to lead the global close and reporting processes for a high-growth SaaS and IoT leader. This role directs consolidation, technical accounting coordination, and internal control activities with a focus on GAAP compliance and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (Dynamics GP or modern cloud ERP).
• Proven leadership and ability to manage both people managers and individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close end to end for all entities.
• Execute consolidation including intercompany activity and CTA accounting.
• Drive global close coordination with standardized procedures.
• Oversee monthly revenue and deferred revenue close procedures.
• Coordinate with Technical Accounting on non-routine transactions and new standards.
• Prepare corporate reporting packages and review monthly Flash reporting.
