Alarm.com is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead ERP modernization and process improvements across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with Finance, Billing, Operations, and external partners to drive adoption and ensure successful transformation delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in finance transformation, ERP initiatives, and change management, with strong documentation and testing experience.

Competenze

3–5 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP initiatives, or related finance operations roles.
Experience participating in ERP or finance transformation projects in a business, operations, or systems capacity.
Familiarity with finance operational processes within Order-to-Cash, billing, invoicing, or related workflows.
Experience with business process documentation, testing coordination, or change management initiatives.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

Drive and support Finance Transformation initiatives focused on ERP modernization and operational scalability.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Billing, and Operations teams to analyze current state processes and define future state workflows.
Coordinate change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training support, and adoption efforts.
