Smartsheet is seeking a Director, Finance Systems & ERP to lead the engineering organization powering our financial technology ecosystem. You will own architecture for ERP, procurement, planning, payments, billing, and revenue.

You will guide major finance transformations, drive monetization models, and partner with Product, Finance, and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure platforms that support a SaaS business.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience across financial systems and software engineering.
• 5+ years leading technical teams including managers and senior engineers.
• Deep experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP platforms and architecture.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and large transformation programs.
• Understanding of financial processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, billing, revenue).
• Experience with SaaS billing and monetization architectures.

• Define and own the long‑term architecture for Smartsheet’s financial systems.
• Lead the Financial Systems Engineering organization and its platforms.
• Oversee ERP modernization, billing transformation, and monetization strategies.
• Translate product strategy into technical roadmaps and plans.
• Shape data architecture and ensure quality across quote‑to‑cash workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Data teams to align architecture with business goals.
• Represent engineering in executive reviews and manage vendor relationships.
