Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance systems or finance ops with ERP ownership.
• Experience designing finance solutions end to end.
• Strong accounting fundamentals: general ledger, cost accounting, revenue, monthly close.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience with data at scale: SQL and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve core finance systems (ERP, cost accounting).
• Gather requirements and translate into configured solutions.
• Lead end-to-end projects: entity setups, costing flows, procure-to-pay.
• Define data models, controls, reconciliations for month-end.
• Drive automation and self-service for reliable data.
• Establish change management, testing, documentation.
• Bridge Finance and Engineering/Data teams.
• Mentor analysts on finance systems.
