Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex financial information.
• Ability to execute analyses in Excel and translate findings to partners.
• Willingness to learn corporate systems (Salesforce, Coupa, Anaplan) and analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial management for strategic planning (headcount, cash/working capital, capex) for the manufacturing footprint.
• Establish transparency into headcount productivity for products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to consolidate business case analyses and decision-making.
• Create financial frameworks to inform manufacturing and product execution strategy.
• Perform variance, trend, scenario analyses and root-cause investigations.
• Support EVM and Estimates to Complete/Estimate at Completion for contract integrity.
• Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting for senior management.
• Identify process improvements to FP&A activities and reporting accuracy.
• Present financial insights to leadership.
