Anduril Industries seeks a data-focused professional to own finance master data and drive policy, stewardship, and automation across ERP and analytics. You will bridge Finance, Controllership, and Ops to ensure data quality and defensible month-end close, while enabling data-driven leadership decisions.

You bring hands-on technical and governance experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and a passion for defense tech. This is a full-time, on-site Costa Mesa role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a master data management focused role with data architecture experience.
• Exposure to general ledger, chart of accounts, cost centers and monthly close.
• Hands-on keyboard technical background or data/analytics engineering experience.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements (GDPR/CCPA).
• Experience with SQL and/or Python or other programming languages.
• U.S. Persons status required for access to export-controlled data.

Responsabilités

• Own the architecture of master data for finance including COA, GL segments, and cost centers.
• Define and enforce policy for data ownership, updates, validation, and audit trails.
• Build apps and automation for compliance, workflows, and golden-record reconciliation.
• Establish data stewardship with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Collaborate with Controllership and FP&A to speed month-end and improve data integrity.
• Work with ERP/analytics teams to ensure data flows from transactions to warehouse/reporting.
• Identify problems solvable by better master data and drive implementation.
• Be a trusted data resource for Anduril leadership.
