Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Master Data Management leader to own the finance master data architecture, COA, and ERP data flows. You will define policy, enforce data ownership, and build automated workflows to ensure data quality and audit readiness across finance and operations.

You will collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, and IT teams to accelerate month‑end close, reduce data gaps, and drive governance improvements, while shaping data standards for a fast‑growing defense tech company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a master data management focused role with data architecture experience.
• Exposure to finance fundamentals: GL, COA, cost centers, allocations.
• Hands-on technical background in analytics or data engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of master data for finance including COA, GL segments, entities, cost centers, vendors, customers.
• Define and enforce the policy layer for data ownership, creation, changes, validation, and audits.
• Build automation for compliance, workflows, duplicate detection, and golden-record reconciliation across ERP and warehouse.
• Establish data stewardship practices across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Collaborate with Controllership and FP&A to speed month-end and improve data defensibility.
• Work with ERP and analytics teams to ensure master data flows into warehouse and reporting layers.
• Identify problems solvable by improved master data and drive organizational adoption.
• Be a trusted data leader for Anduril leadership.
