Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Solutions Manager to build and optimize the finance systems backbone for a fast-scaling manufacturing operation. You will own ERP, cost accounting, and data pipelines, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to convert requirements into auditable, automated solutions.

You will lead cross-functional projects, design data models and controls, and champion self-service analytics while guiding change management and documentation as the platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing finance solutions end to end—from requirements to deployment.
• Strong accounting fundamentals: general ledger, cost accounting, revenue.
• Experience owning an ERP or financial platform across a growing company.
• Ability to translate messy needs into auditable, scalable systems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Ops, and Tech.
• Comfort working with data at scale and defining data models and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and continuous improvement of core finance systems—ERP, cost accounting, and data pipelines.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to gather requirements and translate them into configured solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects end to end: entity setups, cost flows, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay.
• Build the link between transactional systems and analytics with robust data models and reconciliations.
• Drive automation and self-service to reduce manual close tasks and improve data access.
• Establish change-management, testing, and documentation standards for scale.
• Bridge Finance with Engineering/Data teams to reflect real accounting needs.
• Mentor analysts and set high standards for finance systems work.
