Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Finance Manager for SG&A to partner with corporate functions and own enterprise headcount planning. You will lead labor cost modeling, scenario analyses, and reporting to support budgeting and long‑range plans.

You will manage a team of analysts, drive budget ownership, and deliver executive‑level models and insights that guide strategic workforce decisions and cost optimization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience partnering with SG&A functions and managing enterprise‑level reporting.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to US export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SG&A to provide financial guidance, spend visibility, and decision support to functional leaders.
• Own enterprise headcount planning and forecasting, building scalable frameworks and processes.
• Develop and maintain labor cost models, scenario analysis, and workforce ramp plans for scaling functions.
• Drive SG&A budget ownership and variance analysis, partnering with department leads to manage spend and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build workforce cost analytics and benchmarking against defense, aerospace, and tech peers, including productivity metrics.
• Align workforce investments with business strategy, growth objectives, and government contract requirements.
• Systematize workforce data to establish a single source of truth with HR, IT, and Finance.
• Own annual headcount and compensation planning cycles and contingent workforce spend management.
• Create executive-level financial models and reporting across SG&A and workforce; lead monthly presentations.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and set expectations for growth.
