Job summary

Anduril Industries is building the financial systems backbone for a fast-growing manufacturing company, blending startup speed with public-company rigor. As Finance Solutions Manager, you’ll own the platforms, data, and processes that translate raw operations into trustworthy financial insight.

You’ll partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to deliver auditable, scalable ERP workflows and automation that replace spreadsheets.

Qualifications

5+ years in finance systems or related field with ERP ownership.
Experience designing and deploying finance solutions end to end.
Strong accounting fundamentals: GL, cost accounting, revenue, month-end.
Proven cross-functional project leadership across Finance, Ops, and technical teams.
Data-scale experience: SQL or equivalent; data models, reconciliations.
Builder's mindset; able to operate in ambiguity and ship pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and improve core finance systems—ERP, cost accounting, data pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into tested solutions.
Lead cross-functional projects end to end: entity setups, cost flows, order-to-cash.
Bridge transactional systems and analytics with data models and controls.
Drive automation and self-service, reduce manual close tasks.
Establish change management, testing, and documentation standards.
Mentor analysts and align finance/engineering teams on system needs.
