Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Engineering, you will drive automation, define data models, and establish standards for change management as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance systems or finance operations with ERP ownership.
• Experience designing end-to-end finance solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Strong accounting fundamentals: GL, cost accounting, revenue, monthly close.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects Finance/Operations/Tech.
• Data-scale work: SQL or equivalent; skills in data models, reconciliations, controls.
• Builder mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and ship pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve core finance systems (ERP, cost accounting, data pipelines).
• Gather requirements with Finance and Ops; translate to configured, tested solutions.
• Lead end-to-end projects: entity setups, cost flows, inventory costing, order-to-cash.
• Bridge transactional systems and analytics; define data models and controls.
• Drive automation and self-service; reduce manual close tasks.
• Set change-management standards; ensure clean platform as team scales.
• Act as bridge between Finance and Engineering/Data teams.
• Mentor analysts and raise standards for finance systems.
