inKind seeks a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst to optimize NetSuite-backed financial workflows and data operations. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Data, and Technology to improve automation and accuracy across financial processes.

You will debug, document, and enhance recurring workflows, working with Google Sheets, SQL, and third‑party connectors, partnering with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to scale our systems as we grow.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to break down complex financial processes into clear steps.
• Comfort working with large datasets and identifying patterns or anomalies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain recurring accounting and finance workflows, incl. journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support NetSuite operations, data imports, and issue investigations.
• Build, troubleshoot, and enhance automated financial workflows across systems.
• Investigate cross-system data issues (Sheets, SQL, NetSuite, integrations).
• Document processes to ensure scalable, maintainable systems as the company grows.
