Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems, starting with NetSuite and expanding to procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes.

You will partner with Head of Finance Systems to drive efficiency, automation, and scalability, combining hands-on configuration with management of technical resources in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in core finance systems with G/L, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Order Management and Procurement.
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, and understanding of SuiteScript and integrations.
• Experience leading finance systems in fast-paced, growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Finance Systems function and growth path.
• Define scalable processes and standards for NetSuite and other systems.
• Establish best practices for configuration, data integrity, security, testing, and deployment.
• Manage internal or external technical resources for NetSuite development and integrations.
• Foster a data-driven culture with reporting and analysis for accurate decision-making.
