Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a hybrid accounting/systems/AI professional to lead the design and deployment of AI-driven finance workflows. You will serve as the liaison between accounting/finance and engineering on home-grown tooling, while supporting the Finance organization on systems and automation.

You will optimize NetSuite and Salesforce, build integrations, and develop AI agents to automate close tasks, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years combined experience in accounting/finance operations and systems administration.
• Experience owning projects from planning through execution, testing/UAT, training and go-live.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based automation (agents/workflows/RPA).
• Strong understanding of accounting processes (close, reconciliations, revenue).
• Comfort working with engineers on technical requirements and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or CS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting transformation through systems and automation.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and executive status reporting.
• Optimize NetSuite (GL, subledgers, workflows) and Salesforce (CPQ integration) and internal systems.
• Identify, design, and deploy AI agents/LLM tools to automate manual accounting tasks.
• Partner with engineering on home-grown tools used by accounting/finance.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, proprietary systems and other tools.
• Support Finance with dashboards, data pipelines, and ad-hoc automation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Accounting, Finance, Ops, Product, Eng, and IT partners.
• Evaluate and pilot new AI/automation tools and build business cases.
• Document processes and maintain system controls with SOX/audit coordination.
• Train accounting/finance staff on new tools and workflows.
