Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Systems & Process Improvement professional to own end-to-end KPI tracking across manufacturing operations. You will analyze data, report on performance, and identify opportunities to scale and improve processes, working with ERP, MRP, and PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data systems, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on system issues, program support, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical aptitude and ability to think in numbers and data models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting data to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production KPI tracking to enhance transparency and decision making.
• Support improving efficiencies across end-to-end manufacturing processes with scalable systems.
• Collaborate across teams as a proactive partner and drive solution ownership.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and balance deep work with project management.
• Translate production needs into clear business requirements for enterprise systems.
