Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Master Data professional to own finance master data—chart of accounts, legal entities, cost centers, vendors, customers, and item/work-order masters. You will bridge Finance and Engineering to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence across ERP and analytics platforms.

You will define governance, build approval workflows, and drive data quality improvements with stakeholders, enabling faster month-end close and more defensible numbers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a master data management focused role with proven experience in data architecture.
• Exposure to finance and accounting fundamentals: general ledger, chart of accounts, cost centers and allocations.
• Hands-on technical experience; background as Technical Analyst, Consultant, or Data/Analytics Engineer is a plus.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with SQL and/or Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• U.S. Persons status is required for export-controlled data access.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of master data for finance: chart of accounts, GL segments, legal entities, cost centers, vendors, customers, item/part and work-order masters.
• Define and enforce policy layer: ownership, create/change rights, validation, review, audit.
• Build applications and automation for compliant data handling: workflows, duplicate detection, validation, golden-record reconciliation.
• Establish data stewardship with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations; drive data quality initiatives.
• Partner with Controllership/FP&A to speed month-end and strengthen data defensibility.
• Collaborate with ERP/analytics teams to ensure master data flows to warehouse and reporting layers.
